All parts used in our product are available in part numbers, which meet the material restrictions of RoHS as proposed by the RoHS Technical Adaptation Committee.
Many of these parts were always compliant, but some required material changes in order to meet the RoHS restrictions. The above compliancy statement is based upon information provided by suppliers of the raw materials and components used by Vertex LCD Solutions to manufacture these products. As such, Vertex LCD Solutions makes no independent representations or warranties, expressed or implied, and assume no liability in connection with the use of this information.
Custom Built Enclosures
Vertex LCD Solutions designs and builds open frame LCDs to NEMA4 rated enclosed displays for marine, factory automation, military, games or any other application including digital signage. Vertex LCD Solutions NEMA4 rated enclosed displays have been proven to survive in severe weather conditions.
1 year parts and labor
Vertex LCD Solutions(the Company) warrants to the original retail purchaser of this product that should this product or any part thereof, under normal use and condition, be proven defective in material or workmanship within one year from the date of original purchase, such defects will be repaired or replaced with new or reconditioned parts without charge for the parts and repair labor, provided that transportation charges are prepaid.
All exchanged parts and products replaced under this warranty will become property of the Company. This limited warranty only extends to product purchased from the Company and the authorized dealers and resellers.
This warranty does not apply if the product or part thereof, which in the opinion of the Company, has been damaged or rendered defective through alteration, improper installation, mishandling, misuse, neglect, accident, or by removal or defacement of the factory serial number/bar code label(s). The opinion of the Company with respect to this matter shall be final.
To obtain repair or replacement within the terms of this warranty, please contact our sales representative for a Return Merchandise Authorization number and instructions. In doing so, your claim will be processed quickly and without complication.

Please submit claims within 30days of RMA number request. Unused RMA numbers will expire in 30 days.
Please note: Tampering or opening the product casing and/or interior voids the limited Warranty in it’s entirely.
Failure to follow the above provisions may cause your service claim to be denied
